OUR MISSION STATEMENT

As part of the merger of the companies Conmetall (Celle) and Meister Werkzeuge (Wuppertal) to form Conmetall Meister in 2016, it was important to us to identify commonalities and strengths and to develop a uniform mission statement. Under the leadership of an interdisciplinary project team from both locations, we have developed the mission statement "We trade invaluably" through numerous workshops with colleagues from all areas and functions. This unites the DNA of both companies - a claim that we live by both externally and internally and which is also a promise to our stakeholders.

WE

Conmetall Meister is defined by each and every one of US. We have been created from two companies with a successful history and different cultures. Diversity, tolerance and different ways of thinking are our strengths. We treat each other with honesty and respect across all hierarchies. We win and lose together. We challenge each other day after day so that we can actively face our ever changing environment head-on.

Success is made by people. For this it is important that everyone pulls together and stands up for a cause together. We at Conmetall Meister see the greatest leverage in cross-location, interdisciplinary teamwork. Thanks to digital working methods, we can quickly find solutions with the departments and make decisions. Flexible working hours and mobile working make it easier to reconcile professional and private matters.
